V & A Flooring Inc sells flooring materials and installs them. From our showroom, design center and warehouse in Sun Valley, we supply hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank, carpet and tile, and our more than 20 installation crews install it for homes, ADUs, apartment communities, hotels and commercial projects across Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties.
The company was founded in 1999 by Armond Markarian, a flooring installer who wanted good materials, careful installation and honest guidance to come from one place. It is still family owned.

Founder, President & CEO
Armond Markarian founded V & A Flooring Inc in 1999 after years of working as a flooring installer. He built the company on a simple idea: a flooring company should be judged by the quality of its installation and by how it treats customers after the sale.
Today he leads a family-owned company with more than 20 installation crews, a showroom, design center and warehouse in Sun Valley, and projects that range from single rooms to apartment communities, hotels and commercial interiors across Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties.

Confirm scope and estimate
We confirm the areas, the subfloor conditions and what the estimate includes and excludes, so there are no surprises later.
Schedule and install
Our own crews install the flooring following the manufacturer’s instructions, on dates planned with you or your project team and coordinated around occupied homes and active job sites.
Support after installation
When the work is finished we stay reachable. If questions or concerns come up, contact us and we’ll follow up.
